Complaints Policy
We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of NHS system for dealing with complaints, our system meets national criteria.
The Practice has nominated Carol Smith (Office Manager) as our Complaints Manager, to be responsible for managing the procedures for handling and considering complaints in accordance with the Policy and Procedure. Carol will give you any further information you require.
Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur.
