All samples to be sent off to the laboratory should be put in the sample box in the nurse’s corridor before 5pm. Please ensure you have the correct container and that your full name, date of birth, date of sample are written on the container and your address is wrote on a slip of paper and put inside the sample bag.
Please allow 7 days for your results, unless informed otherwise by a clinician.
Please ring for your results after 10am, when the phone lines are quieter, and the receptionist has time to look up your results.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ring for results, we do not routinely contact you.
